That's a tough one right there. I won't give info for all 3 slots per level, just the ones I think are necessary.

Lv. 1: Cure, Poisona
Lv. 2: Any spell really
Lv. 3: Cura
Lv. 4: Any Spell really
Lv. 5: Raise, Curaga, Protect
Lv. 6: Aeroga, Haste, Catastro
Lv. 7: Curaja, Esuna, Leviath
Lv. 8: Arise, Bahamur

Actually, since this is a sage not a summoner, Odin's white summon casts a multi-targeted reflect spell on the party. It's helpful and since this reflect can only reflect one spell at a time, you can use it to strategically attack an enemy by attacking the whole party. Whenever I'm fighting an enemy that doesn't use magic, I cast Odin's Protective Light, then use flare or holy on the whole party (since they're reflected) and that's 4 attacks on an enemy. If I'm right the calculations for using a multi-target move on 4 is .7x the original damage, add it up it's 2.8x more than a normal attack if they're reflected off of your party and hits one enemy each time. So Catastro is very, very useful.

Leviathan's casts a multi-targeted Breakga on each enemy so that's not worth it since toward the end of the game, most enemies are immune to stone.

Bahamut's Aura boosts the party's attck power. Combine that with haste and Odin's Protective Light, you've got something more powerful than a regular Onion Knight.
