	Mario Kart DS Forum Rules Welcome to the MKDS Forum. Just follow the rules here and you'll have a fun time. Current Forum Moderator: Tainted Previous Forum Moderator: krunk13 Forum Wide Rules 1. Spamming Spamming is prohibited from any forum on Neoseeker. So I expect you to not spam in this forum. Spamming includes making posts that are completely off topic and add no value to the conversation, flooding the forum by responding to every topic, double posting, etc. NO SPAM 2. Flaming Do not use any type of hatred directed at another member. Flaming leads to more flaming and spamming. Which then leads to a ban. If you desperately have the urge to flame someone, please do it out of this forum and preferably off of Neoseeker. 3. Memberating If you are not the moderator of this forum, you cannot force anyone to do anything. You can beckon them to use more common sense though or simply report their post. 4. Duplicate Topics Before making a new thread, check the Thread Index to make sure there isn't already a similar one open. Any duplicate thread made WILL be closed. 5. Bypassing Bans If you are banned from this forum, do not try and use another account to return here. If caught, and chances are you will be, your punishment will be more harsh than it was originally. I suggest waiting out the ban. Its much better than doubling it. 6. Advertisment Advertising through post is forbidden on Neoseeker. I don't want to see any posts telling people to visit their site or telling people about another discussion board outside on Neoseeker. 7. Pornographic Content Young memebers frequently visit this site due to the amount of games here. They should not be exposed to any type of adult content. Keep those types of things to yourself. Forum Specific Rules 1. Game Threads I will allow game threads, only if you are given permission by me to do so. If you would like to start a game within the forum, please either pm me with the idea, or post the idea in the Forum Feedback thread. Failure to do so will result in the thread being closed. 2. Clans With the recent boost in activity, clans are becoming more prevalent in the forum. Because of this, I have made an announcement regarding clans, which you can read here. Please read through them carefully. [size=1] If in the case of an emergency, and you can't get in touch with the forum moderator, then pm one of the Super Moderators: Keiichi Deathman48 Ren of Heavens Sonic Flash Superfast Oz Daisy Mishtram Please make sure that it is an extreme emergency before pming one of the supers. 	Clan Announcement Now that clans are becoming more prevalent in the forum, I feel that I should lay some ground rules. Please read these if you are currently the leader or co-leader of a clan, or are wanting to start your own clan. 1. One thread per clan Please only use one thread for your clan. I have seen a few clans spreading their information around in three or four different clans, and that is unnecessary. Any information about your clan can be added to your first post, or you can reserve one or two posts for information. 2. Clans must have Two members before a thread can be made If you want to start your own clan, please have at least one other member who is willing to join your clan before making a thread. I don't want to see twenty clans with one member when there could be five to six active clans with four or more members. 3. Pm me before making a new clan thread Once your clan thread has reached 30 pages, pm me and I will close the thread. You may only make a new thread after I close the current thread. 4. Clan Wars Because clan wars involve activity between two or more clans, clan wars can have their own thread. Before making a thread, make sure that the other team consents to the war, and that you have any necessary information included in the first post.

	Mario Kart DS Journals A Mario Kart DS Journal is a thread where a member can post any accomplishments that they have achieved, as well as any goals that they are still wanting to achieve. I figure that this gives members the opportunity to strengthen their skills, but not be discouraged by someone posting World Record times. 1. One thread per person Please contain your journal in one thread. A new thread for each accomplishment is gratuitous and it would make more sense if it was all in one thread. If your thread reaches 30 pages, pm me first before making a new thread. 2. Posting in another member's Journal Posting in another member's journal is not only acceptable, but encouraged. It is always good to know that there is someone pushing you to do better along the way. However, make sure that you are limiting your discussions to congratulations and tips and not using it as a general discussion. Off-topic posts are subject to deletion, and some form of punishment may be issued. 3. Discouraging another member Discouraging another member in their journal thread is not allowed. There is absolutely no reason to be hurtful or condescending in a thread for someone's accomplishments. Posts like "Your times suck" and "Why are you so bad?" will not be tolerated.
