Wow. You absolutely crushed my time. I'll go update the first post.

I crushed my old record too. I could probably improve it by about .5 less but it will be difficult.

So, I'm pretty pumped, because I just went my first sub 44 lap today. Unfortunately I hit a total of three pinballs in the next two laps. .__.

I also managed to get a new time, but I haven't hit 2:15 yet.

I can't seem to beat my total time right now =( I'll concentrate on improving my best lap.

That's weird, because I can't get a better lap, but I did beat my overall time pretty badly. Went under 2:14 which I thought I would never do.

That's quite a big improvement, I thought you were gonna get 2:15. Improving the best lap is easier for me, particularly on this course where the pinballs don't affect the first lap.

Wow, I just realized that I got 2:14:348 instead of the time I posted. But, it doesn't matter, because I beat it, again. I'm really shocked at my time drops.

It's really a lot of luck for me, because I managed to get right between the pinball once and got really lucky with the locations of the spinning bumpers.

Edit: Why isn't anyone participating this week? It's just me and SSB right now, and last time we had five or six people who submitted scores.

I'm wondering whether you can get hit by the bumpers from behind to give you a boost.

Coheed told me something to help improve my best lap. ^^ But I don't think I'll try it on WP.

I'm sure Coheed will submit something before the deadline, maybe when he is not so busy.

What'd he tell you? I could use some improving on WP.

Go for the best lap on your second lap because you can choose your positioning of when you go over the starting line. On the first lap you don't have a choice.

But on WP you might as well try it on your first lap because when you start all you need to do is get a perfect boost start into the pipe, so position doesn't matter.

No, it's much easier than that. Just press A at the right time then hold until you get into the pipe, it's the quickest way to start.
