I heard that Tekken 5 will only be on Playstation 2.

I heard that Tekken 5 will also be on the GameCube. For some reason I get the feeling that the later versions of Tekken should stay on the Playstation 2 since most of them were released on the original Sony Playstation. But since this game is coming out for Xbox next year, I might as well try it out.

Yeah I heard it will be on GameCube too but I might still only get the Playstation 2 version.

Sweet, my Ps2's broke. Just another game I get to play, like GTA:SA.

For those of you thinking this game will make its way onto your xbox, know that the xbox is a messed up console and namco will not release a title as big as tekken 5 on it.


even GTA:SA was supposed to come out on the xbox, but was withrawn due to the bad reviews of modded (chipped xboxes).

so Namco will be making a stupid decision releasing this game on that console. Especially for the fact that the tekken 5 game will contain extras such as tekken 2, tekken 3, and many more. If the bring this game on the xbox, it will be another free game ride for modded xbox owners.

so are you saying that San Andreas won't be released on the Xbox, because your mistaken.

If there are modded PS2s then i am wrong. You know what, i just hope the next consoles wont be so easily cracked by hackers. That way, i wont be such a loser buying games whilst others like yourself, get them for free by pirating. I just thought it would be very unreasonable having cool games on the xbox, when 70% of xbox users in the UK use modded xboxes. Microsoft is doomed i tell ya, doomed, they better bring Xbox 360 and put a lot of security on it, or maybe use a completely different harddrive, one that is not similar to any PC or labtop.

The more people like you destroy consoles and cheat game developer's off their hard earned rewards, we would have very little hope for game industries. Hopefully, you will be broke when PS3 and Xbox 360 is released, which means you wont be playing any free games in the next 100 years. So keep laughing, i will see who has the last laugh.

1)There are modded PS2s. There are modded Ps2s, Xboxes, iPods (someone turned his into a tv remote. wtf?!), Gamecubes, PC's, mp3 players, and about every technological device you can think of.
2) You seem to be assuming that all Xbox users are crooked criminals who mod their consoles, steal games, illegally download, and are on the run from the Police . Well, we're not. And, as we're on the subject of cheating developers, have you ever a) Downloaded music? b) Downloaded a movie? c) Downloaded a quote? d) Downloaded a copyright picture/logo? e) Downloaded a copyright file? f) Downloaded some illegal files? g) Shared files with friends (yep, that's illegal too). Believe me, I do media, and pretty much everyone has downloaded something illegally at some point, therefore "cheating developers off their hard-earned money" to coin your phrase. And, on the gramatical side, that apostrophe shouldn't be in there. It's "developers", not "developer's", which is short for "developer is" - not what you meant I think... . That apostrophe should have gone here:

And why should Xbox users be excluded from 'cool games'? As you yourself said, "70%" - not everyone. And, as I have already said, people mod all consoles. So does that mean all console users shouldn't get cool games, and we should all be forced to play the original pacman, or "Tennis for Two" (first game ever released)? I don't think so. If you look deeply enough, everyone is a criminal cheating the multi-media conglomerates in some way, so please don't have a mad rant at us.

Well, aside from the meaningless arguments, I'm looking forward to Tekken 5 on the Xbox (if teamxbox is correct) . BTW, nice banner Ugochukwu .

*EDIT* Tekken 5 is going to be on Xbox (hurray!): here. So perhaps we can get onto some mature discussion about Tekken 5 rather than arguing or endlessly saying, "I told you so!"
