How do you unlock the bonus plains

The phantom, you get right after you clear the game. I have no idea about the other one's though. The second one you need 2 get three yellow stars(not gold): They're only available in three missions and the worst thing is that your not told what levels thet are. I only know two of them: The first is in the mission where you have to take down 20 enemies and survive the remaining time. Just survive the mission and get A CLEAN flight no damage, and then you'll have your first star. The other yellow star is in mission 2 of the war in era three. I don't know how to get it, I just got it. I guess I just kicked too much ass and they rewarded me! Anyway, hope this helps and if anyone can tell me how to get the other yellow star and the other planes, PLEASE TELL ME!!!!!!!
