Eve
If your having trouble unlocking Eve, try doing 3 deals instead of 2.

Ouija Board
Makes bullets translucent and go through solid objects.

Odd Mushroom
Two variants, a thin one and a thick one. The thick one acts as a Huge Mushroom and the thin one acts as a Mini Mush.

Forever Alone
Basically Distant Admiration (Attack Fly) except at a farther range.

Dead Sea Scroll
An action item that can be used to be a one-time random action item. For example, if I use the Dead Sea Scroll, it might roll to be a one-time Bob's Rotten Head.

Brimstone
Replaces tears with a laser that goes through everything and lasts around a second. Although, it must be charged before use.

Telepill!
A new pill effect that teleports you around the map.

The Empress
A new tarot card that insanely buffs you for one room. It also has a reference message that pops up (What a terrible night to have a curse.).

Dead Bird
Eve's item. When hit, a Dead Bird will appear for one room to help you in battle (like a 3rd Meat Boy).

A Pony
I disembodied black horse head. When used, it gives you increased speed for one room.

The Curse/Whore of Babylon
When your down to your last half heart, you get a buff that increases all your stats.
The Sheol can be entered without 10 endings. All you have to do is simply be lucky enough have the Devil room appear after Mom's Heart.
