PQ Scaling isn't half bad for some of them, I know KPQ's great a long time now as well.

I was at either CD's or Monster Park, forget which. Once you're a little bit into the 50's Trojans work pretty well, they're level 57 now.

There's a zebra-stripe van in every major town to teleport you there, it's a party quest more or less.

Lv.37 Wind Archer, I'm training in Sleepywood against Copper Dracs. I just stand on a perch and shoot 4 arrows (Straffe it's called) and they die after 4 shots of 4 arrows.

I'm pretty sure he means Rotten Skele in NLC.

This. They will last your character up to around level 35, though they start to get slow around level 30.

Also, for my merc, I did this:

13-30: Stone Golems (just kept moving to the next one when it got slow) and job quests
30-40: Various monsters around Kerning Square
40-45: Drakes/Fire Drakes
45-50: Fire Drakes/Dark Drakes
50-55: Robo/Master Robos
55-60: Kargos
60-65: Tauromacis/Taurospear
65-70: Hoodoo/Jesters
70-75: Straw Training Dummies
75-80: Wooden Training Dummies
80-85: Jar/Ginseng pot or whatever they're called

I'll probably update this training guide for merc later, but it's mostly filled with alternative training spots, with the exception of the Hoodoo/Jester map, which is good for non-funded people.
