Your graphic processor is built into the motherboard so the driver you need is closely related to the make and model of your computer - there's no use taking it apart. The information you need is on the first page of dxdiag.

If not, this driver matches your description so try it out.

Your video controller is pretty outdated. You wouldn't even be able to scroll up and down a web page smoothly in Vista/7. Lowest settings in MS is as much of a less choppy experience you will get until you get a new GPU.

I wouldn't advise upgrading to Windows 7 either. Even if you get a new video card, you will gain zero profitable performance benefits with the rest of your hardware compared to XP.
