Rules

Spamming - Any irrelevant or off topic posts will not be tolerated here, and will be deleted. Any member who does so will be warned, and banned depending on the nature of their offence.

Flaming - Do not use any language or make any comments that may offend other members. Anyone found to be flaming another member will be reprimanded.

Flooding - Members must not come on to the forum with the one intent which is to reply to every thread on the first page. Just post where you feel you have something to say, or something to contribute.

Double Posting - Do not double post, it's very annoying and unneccessary. If you wish to add something to your previous post, use the edit button. If it's an old thread that you feel requires bumping, then NeoPM myself and I'll review it.

Post Content - Keep all posts clean and tidy. No swearing or abusive language, and please use correct grammar, you are on a forum not your mobile phone! It's not difficult to spell correctly. Also, it is rude to speak in full CAPS lock, so please refrain from doing so.

Duplicate Threads - Always check the Forum Index before creating a new thread. If a new thread that you created hasn't had a response, there is no need to create another one. Maybe members of the forum felt there was no way they could contribute any more to the topic.

Stay on Topic - Stay on topic at all times, and keep all discussion relevant to the thread title.

Memberating - Do not memberate i.e. demand that threads should be closed, or warn members. If you think a thread should be closed, send me a NeoPM and I'll be happy to review it. By all means, provide a suitable link if a duplicate thread is created, but that is all.

Moderator Decisions - The Moderator's decision is final, do not question his judgement. The final decision lies with myself.

General Chit-chat - All forum discussion should be related to FIFA Street, Playstation2 and maybe Football only. Any other general chit chat should not be included on the forums. If you want a chat, do so via NeoPM.

Bans - If at any time you receive a ban for breaking any of the above rules, or any of Neoseeker's forum wide rules, you must accept the ban. You must not create a new account whilst serving a ban.

Impersonating - Do not impersonate another Neoseeker member, Moderator or Super-Moderator. This will not be tolerated, and you will be caught and severely punished.
