I have a friend who has Dragon Warrior I and II, and III and he claims that in one of these games you can turn into a dragon. If this is true I'd like to know which game this happens in and how it happens.

? I've played all three, (well, the NES versions anyway) and have never seen nor heard of this. Maybe he got them confused with another game? When I hear this ability, I think of Breath of Fire.

Yeah, I doubt it. You can use a spell to turn yourself into a dragon in a battle...but else where...don't think so.

There is a spell called BeDragon, which I believe is in atleast the GBC versions of each I, II, and III, I know it's in III but it really isn't anything. You just become a dragon for that battle and brethe fire for attacks. You don't see some dragon icon or anything.

you can turn into a little blue monster with the changestaff you get in the regular game or if you have the parchi track you get from divigon.

yes, in the beginning you become a dragon but that is it, and you get to ride a dragon

Could your friend be speaking of the monster personality question where you burn people to a crisp in a village to determine how logical or stupid you are. Either that, changestaff, Bedragon spell, or maybe Gameshark. ask him to specify how you turn into a dragon.
