Here's mine, make up your own.

Have all three files 100%, then go behind the chair in the room with the Mario painting, then you will fall into a cavern with a Purple rabbit. Catch it. He will give you a key and Waluigi's First two minigames. You will then be teleported to the main hall. Before you enter the character change room, the castle will shake a bit. Go inside and the white door will be purple with a yellow, upside down L on it.

P.S. I know you can not really get him.

Go into that other locked door next to Warios once you collcet all the Shiny Rabbits. now go keep going in and out of the door 10 times each...

NOW:

Get all 150 stars on only 1 file save and when it is saving turn of your DS... Go back into the game and you'll have 151 stars.. now for some starnge reson the cannon doesn't open... Now do the glitch on youtube how you slide down from the green grass and somehow you go underthe ground now go to the cannon and you'll be in it now you shoot onto the top of the castle... There will be a note on the top saying The Rabbit King has gottan him self lost up where that tall spiky pillar is...

Now do the glitch were you get on top of the pillar and you fall through, now go through the "Glitched" door to find your self in the first floor that has Bunny foot prints all over it... Now defeat all 3 of the bosses from which you got Mario, Luigi and Wario. Instead of the usual bosses it is a giant rabbit and he will throw up rabbits whi'll he tries to stomp on you, be Wario for the first and 2nd boss and throw the rabbits and the Rabbit Kind 20 times, He will retreat, do the same in the 2nd time, now be Luigi and jump on the rabbits and you'll hover over the Rabbit King and then ground pound, do tis 3 times then eventually he'll blow up and you'll see a little rabbit with Waluigi's cap on it and he'll run away, now go to the Locked door and you'll find the rabbit, catch him and he'll run into the locked room and now there will be an upside down L on the door signifiying that thats Waluigis door, now go inside and Waluigi will come out and you can now play as him...


WAY THAT WAS A MOUTHFULL!

Get 150 stars, then delete your save file. Get 150 stars again, and you'll find Peach outside on the bridge. She'll say "Don't help me, I can do this......150 + 150....=......Ummm.......300!" You'll be prompted with answers. If you say "Right!" Then she'll say, "Yay! I knew I could do it! No you should too!" Then your file will be erased. Try it again to find that where there was one star, there is a slightly different challenge near it for another one. When you collect all 300 stars, delete your file and start again. Collect all 300 stars and go to the front bridge. If you are Luigi, he will hold them up, then trip and die. If you're Wario, he'll eat a donut first, then explode and die. If you're Mario, he'll eat all the stars and die. If you're Yoshi, he'll be smothered by fans and die. Confused? I'll bet. Do this with any of the aformentioned characters and all the stars will be on the ground. A voice will sigh. You'll then become Waluigi's silhouette. Don't celebrate yet, he can only carry the stars to the roof. Go to the cannon and "cannonguy" will ask you a question. Answer right and you'll fire 1 star up to the roof. do this for all 900 of the stars you collected. When the last one is fired he'll say, "Next!" Waluigi will say, "I don't have any more". Cannonguy will laugh and erase your game. You must now start again. ALL THE WAY AGAIN! Yes that's doing the 150 stars twice, listening to Peach be stupid, getting 300 stars twice and letting a second character die. Then, you'll fall down a hole. Inside you'll find 1000, (yes, 1000) stars floating around, you must find the 100 real ones. When you do, you'll have 1000 stars. Take these to cannonguy and answer 1000 new questions. When all the stars are fired up, he'll ask you the square root of 9476508456320975609480739487530948039. Straps will fly out of your DS and ensnare you, so you can't use a calculator or anything. Answer right and you'll be blasted onto the roof, where you should check to see if all 1000 stars are there. If any fell off, you'll have to do everything above AGAIN. If not, carry them to Peach's window and drop them in. Waluigi will laugh and disappear. Now, you take control of one of the two remaining live characters. Go up to the new door to Peach's room and try the door. An electrical surge will go through the doorknob and your character will die. Go get the last character and try again. For some reason it works. Now, grab the stars and thrust them up into the design on the roof. They will go through a purplish void thing (that may have destroyed a place called Sammerville once....) Jump up yourself, and The character will pop out of the DS. Now you must control him as he walks around your house. You have 10 minutes to utterly destroy the place. When everything is deemed destroyed, a void will open in the sky again. It will suck you and your character into it. You will find yourself in an open castle with purple as far as your eye can see. The door will open to reveal the real final boss, Bowzania. You character will faint and die. Now, you must use your own skills to kill this Uber-strong Bowser form. If you somehow manage to do, walk through the next room to find Waluigi locked in a cage. Before you can get to him, a trap door will open beneath you. You'll find yourself on floor 1 of the Pit of 100 trials (TTYD version). You must make your way to Bonetail (using your own skills, remember) and kill him for the key to Waluigi's cage. Then everyone except Bonetail will regenerate and you'll have to kill them all again in backwards order. When you finally reach the top, you can use the key to turn the lock. A DS will appear with Super Mario 64 DS in it. You must get all 150 stars on this game, and it will turn into another key. Use it on the second, invisible lock, and the cage will open. Waluigi will step out and thank you. "Yes! I unlocked Waluigi!" You will shout gleefully. Waluigi will look at you confused. "What are you talking about, you noob? I'm not in the game. It was an April Fool's joke. Don't tell me you believed that 'gaming magazine'?"

So now you're trapped in a void, with a Super Mario 64 DS game, with all the characters dead. Enjoy!

Now go to the cannon and get Luigi's bunny and get all bunnys for all charathars(Even shiny rabbits )Now go to Wario's door and play as him and defeat Groomboss battle, Cheif chilly battle, and finalliy Big boo battle with Wario then Mario then Yoshi then Luigi in that order!

Now suddenly exit the REC room and go to Adventure Laktiu will say"-Charathar name-! You've found Princess peach's secret door!" It will be next to the stair case that will lead you to Jolly Roger Bay.
Inside will be a endless stair only Yoshi could go in.
There will be Waluigi's door and go insideb and thats it!... Psych! You game will freeze so make sure you saved! do it 100 times and now the game won't freeze!
Congratuation! You now unlock Waluigi!

My version.
you go into the room with the next to luigi's with every character in this order: Yoshi, Mario, Luigi, and Wario. when yuo enter with wario he won't come back out with the key to waluigi's room. get all the stars and shoot yourself out of the cannon outside the castle into the stained glass window of peach then you have to find the mirror star in my specail world knightmare castle. but when you find it the mirror bowser come out. defeat him. then he'll drop a key to the room where the mirror star is. when you get there some tar like goo bubbles under the star and ingulfs it. when the star come out it's a tar monster.when it dies the mirror star come out as a crystal star. when you get it find the big door where there is a star shaped indent. go up to it and wario put in the crystal star. then you find waluigi's door. wario puts the key in but instead of waluigi out comes a crystal monster. inside of it is waluigi. defeat it and it cracks and crunbles to dust. then you get waluigi. enjoy!

first play evey file 10000 times 100% get 1 million coins in every level drop 100 stars into each level bowser will apear saying hell buy em for half a penny and some poket lint u scan it and it has waluigis dna go to sun symbol and wait 5550000000000000000000000000000 years until mario gets a sun burn hell say omg omg omg omg omg omfg! and die wario will come and look at the sun while eating cheesy nachos jesus will come and say gimme the nachos or you die wario refusesand dies yoshi comes and jesus transports him to a volcanoe defeat the rabbit king in there 500 times yoshi will blow up and die lugi will say hol- luigi dies then u get warped into the game in a secrete glitched void full of 10000000000 mazes comeplete them all then paper mario comes and kills you then your spirit controls him when suddenly waluigi appears and kills you and says thats what you get for not giveing jesus his nacos god damn it!

Go to any 2 player level select practise alone and in the last second collect a wario cap then load a 150 star file
go to the goomboss level as every charecter and enter the room where you got the star from the shining rabits and you will come out as waluigi

My one.

Once you have 150 stars and all glowing rabbits, as Mario go to Bob-omb battle field and go and get the wings. Then go into a cannon and fire yourself straight up. Then while still in the air fly straight at the chain chomp. He will open his mouth and eat you. You will be transported to Rainbow Ride. Toad will be there and will tell you to tell him what the numbers are on the clock portrait to Tick Tock Clock. If you get it correct you will then be told to jump off of the platform. You will fall into the main hall. After this, anytime you look up at the light in the main hall as Luigi, you will change to Waluigi.

Get all coins in all crouses, then get wario and go out of the castle and make sure u got 150 stars! Now get in the cannon and blast it into Princess Peach's picture and it should break down and a waluigi picture should appear...(NOTE: when u get in the castle or a secret place the picture should return, u need ONLY Wario for this!) Now go in it and you'll face up some bullies on platforms u should go on. At the last platform theres a pipe. Get in it. Now you'll have to face a big un-moving stone monster, she will shoot rocks up and the rocks will strike u down, and to kill it you'll have to punch the falling rocks to it by punching or kicking them:
2 times to each hand of 4 and to the head 4 times... Then he dies and gives u a key with an upside down L and a purple hat with, also an upside down L... Then get in the white door and u won't hear boo voices, u will get in a dark room with an upside down L purple door. Now u got Waluigi!
