	Log in to remove this sponsored message Is it possible for me to get online with my DS using any usb wireless adapter? I don't have a wireless router, just a usb wireless adapter. I figured I'd buy a regular wireless adapter since I can get them discounted versus Nintendo's usb adapter. So pretty much, I've got my computer connecting to a wired router, and a usb wireless adapter plugged into my computer -- can my DS get online?

	Yes, I'm pretty sure that the DS will work with any Wireless Adpater, while the Nintendo Wi-Fi Adapter only works with the DS. ------------------- General PSP DS General: PS3 Wii

	quote litsinberger With that being said, how do I go about configuring it? Make sure that you downloaded all the software for you adapter so that it works properly. Then, turn on your DS with any (Wi-Fi) game. On the games main menu, look for a button that says something about Wi-Fi. Once you tap that, then tap Configure (Wi-fi). Once there, tap Nintendo (Wi-Fi) connection settings. Tap either the Connection 1 or Connection 2 box. Then tap the the blue bar that says Search for an access point. If your DS found one, hooray (If your adapter is protected with a firewall of some sort, you'll need to find your adapter's wep key. Once you find that, you can enter it into your DS after you found an access point). -------------------

	I tried what you suggested, and it's simply not finding it. I think I'll just go pick up a router today, I'm getting a laptop soon anyways and I'll need the wireless capabilities. Thanks.

	lol. No one reads the manual =\ When you buy a game, do you ever read the manual? I dont, and i breeze through the game easily. I just figure out the controls by myself ------------------- It's funny how music puts the times in perspective
