Touch Screen Not Working!!!!

Please I Need Help I Live In The Uk And Got A
DS From The USA In Febuary. Today I Went To My
Mates House To Do Homework Together And To Pick
Up My DS Since He Was Borrowing It. So I
Turned It On At His House And When It Turns On
The "Touch Here" Screen Whent Straight To The
Menu Before The "Touch Here" Text Came Up.
I Tryed Touching The Screen But It Didnt
Work So I Used The Up/Down Buttons To Select
Screen Calabrate. But It Didnt Work. I Thought
It Might Be A Piece Of Dust Touching It,
But I Couldnt Find Anythig. So When I Got
Home It Still Wasnt Working.
Can Help Me Fix It.
I Was Thinking:
1. Show It To Cex(Computer Exchange)
2. Call Nintendo(Keep In Mind It Was Imported)
3. Show My Uncle Whos A Very Good Electrition.
I Was Thinking Try All Three.
And I Am Not Buying Another Since I Saved Up
For Mine And Im Not Again.

I Did He Just Played My Nintendogs But Then One Day The
Touch Screen Stopped Working He Said One Time
When He Put My DS In My Case His Dad Dropped The TV
Remote On It(My Case Is Made Of Solid Metal) So My
Mum Said That Probely Shocked It. Luckly If We Cant
Fix It Im Getting A Brand New One Mabey Blue

Well Luckly ITS WORKING!!!
If This Happens To Anyone Else Use A Thin Piece Of Card
And Slide It Underneath The Edges Of The Screen.

Sometimes, the ds's touch screen gets crumbs or junk around the edges of the screen. Just stick something thin and clean it out. I've had this happen at least 2 times.

My brothers nintendo 3DS touch screen is not working at all. I have tried cleaning it and everything but it still does not work, when we are on the main screen we cant even use the circle pad or the + buttons to change the options for example go to camera or games.
Please help Please Please Please
