That would be a ridiculously large list. Thousands of new wi-fi hotspots are created all the time around the world. How close you have to be depends on the strength of the signal, a powerful could reach pretty far, but typically being somewhat near or in an internet cafe, bookstore, college campus, or other such spot. Of course if you've got a wireless internet connection setup in your house, that'll work just fine too. These hotspots are not something Nintendo creates or manages, by the way, it's just wireless internet that the DS can take advantage of and go online with. The DS also has a LAN function, which doesn't require any internet, just another DS within a couple hundred feet. -------------------

	I nearly forgot about the hotspots.I guess they'll play a pretty big role since you can't connect to the net by any other means for the DS. I guess I'm pretty lucky.My dad set up a hotspot in his office, so I'll have to go there and play.The only other hotspot in this damned place is in a hotel><. I think I remember hearing that they're gonna put hotspots in either Starbucks or was it Barnes and Noble?I'm not really sure if I even heard this

	I was going to buy both of them before. But I would get the DS on release and not the PSP because of the price. But now that they have released the release price and it is cheap, I will definately be getting it upon release. But I'm not sure if the PSP will have WiFi capabilities like the DS. That is a major plus on the DS's part to me. -------------------

	You are just turning your already set up broad band into a wireless network. The area that the signal is transmitting in is called the hotspot. If you buy a wireless router and get it set up then you can have your house be a hotspot. Personally, if we don't get the router set up in my house before the DS I'll just ride my bike up to Starbucks and get my gaming on there.
