Action Replay not Working

If your Action Replay DSi/DS is booting to a white and black screen, please follow these steps to reset the device.

1.Remove your Action Replay DSi/DS from your Nintendo DS/DSi console.
2.Connect one end of the supplied USB cable to a port on your PC, and the other to your Action Replay DSi.
3.Open the Action Replay DSi/DS code manager software on your PC.
4.At the top of the code manager software, click on the 4 colored dots that are located to the left of the words "Action Replay DSi/DS Code Manager".
5.Click "About Action Replay DSi/DS Code Manager..."
6.Reset Device.

If this doesnt work try blowing in the Action Replay

Well if either of these dont work your screwed, you should buy another Action Replay

the first couple of days I had my action replay it worked fine and I could enter codes and everything. The next day I put my game in the action replay then inserted it into my DSi system it loaded, showed the datel thing, then the screen turned black and then red and stays red. It does this every time I try to do turn it on. Should I return it and get a new one or can some one tell me how to get it to work PLEASE HELP ME!!!
