Action Replay DSI Unknown Device Error

Hello, I am having the "Unknown Device" error. The "Unknown Device" is located under Universal Serial Bus Controllers. I have tried to update the driver many times. My disc has broke and I have downloaded the ARDSI_104 file. I use these steps when I try to update:

1)I locate the "Unknown Device" in device manager.

2) I right click the "Unknown Device" and select Update Driver.

3)I choose No Not this time

4)I choose Install from a list or Specified Location (Advanced)

5)I use the Include this location to search option.

6)I browse to the ARDSI_104 file and it will not let me open the file.

7)I than click next and get a window saying "The Wizard could not find a better match for your hardware than the software you currently have installed".

Note:I have already installed the code manager before this process.

I would really like some help because I have not been able to fix this and I have watched many guides and none have helped me.
