the wikipedia article is too vague when it comes to the specifics im asking:

It's more like Another Code. It's more of an adventure game than the visual novel that Lux-Pain is.
As for tries, you don't get a number of tries. Sent back to the room/kicked out of the hotel is a game over. What leads to game overs are your choices in the conversations, as well as not being careful in your snooping. ------------------- | |
