I would like to know the best single player games for the DS. I tend to buy games that are multiplayer games and I never use them for that purpose. Got any suggestions?

You should Pick up Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and Pheonix Wright games are good too.

Disgaea DS, Chrono Trigger and The World Ends With You are all good. Disgaea is especially good, btw. Takes a very long time to complete though.

It depends on what you like. I'm a big fan of Final Fantasy Tactics A2, but not everyone is into that type of game. Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword is an awesome action game, if a bit on the easy side.

I heard Castlevania is really good, but I haven't tried it yet.

They're pretty hard though. Order of Ecclesia would gladly slaughter you in many situations, especially when it comes to the boss fights. If you're up for a challenge then definitely go for the Castlevanis series.

Enjoyability is a hard factor to gauge when you don't list any of your current favorite games but I like to recommend Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (it also has a sequel coming soon, Spirit Tracks), The World Ends With You (the Neo forum has quite a close community), Avalon Code (some parts are annoying, Grand Theft Auto - China Town Wars, Pokémon games are always good too. Platinum is the newest 'regular' game but Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky just came out and expands on the story of Darkness/Time.

I forgot about the Castlevania games, those were solid titles with a lot of exploration, and if you are a completion whore, those can be great time drains.
