Howdy, folks! Welcome to the October 2009 of edition of Buy/Rent/Ignore DS Style, where we take a look at the month's coming releases and see what tickles are fantasy.
This month, Nintendo's bringing the latest in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, Explorers of Sky. NISA will try to rectify their dodgy localization attempts with A Witch's Tale and Atelier Annie: Alchemist of Sera Island, and Aksys Games will actually be bringing out SRPG Hero's Saga: Laevatein Tactics this month. Rounding out the RPG goodness this month is Ignition Entertainment's Skies of Arcadia-invoking Nostalgia, and Aspyr Media's Fighting Fantasy. EA will have Spore Hero Arena available, while Sega will have Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. Square Enix will have Space Invaders Extreme 2 available, while THQ will have the next Drawn to Life.
Using the ultra-simple terminology, we can denote our preferences like so:
Buy: "I want this game", "I'm getting this game", or "I must have it"
Rent: "I'll look into it", "I'll check it out", or "It's on my radar, but it's not a must have."
Ignore: "Screw it, I'm not getting this"
