	Why is the DS so RPG rich? Honestly, the DS has some of the best RPGs I've ever played. Is it luck, or am I just playing the wrong games on other consoles. Some examples of released games: Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Advance Wars: Day of Ruin FFTA2: Grimoire of the Rift The World Ends With You The Mystery Dungeon Games [Shiren the Wanderer, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon] Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings Upcoming/Remakes: Final Fantasy III & IV Dragon Quest Trilogy Chrono Trigger and many more I hope. 	The DS is RPG FAIL compared to all of the other Nintendo systems besides the Wii. -------------------

	I never considered Advance Wars to be an RPG. I'm sure the DS doesn't have as much good RPGs as some previous consoles (SNES, PS2, etc.) but the current gen is lacking RPGs for sure. -------------------

	Chrono Trigger is going to be amazing. I remember playing that game when I was.. what, 7? Frog was a cool character. Hopefully they won't introduce any new touch screen controls. x_x -------------------

	Compared to the Wii, Xbox 360, PS3, and PSP... yeah, I'd say the DS is RPG rich. Not so much compared to the PS2 and past Nintendo consoles, yet, but meh. 	And you also forgot Dragon Quest IX, Tales of Hearts (which like Innocence will probably also never come outside of Japan, but still), and Sigma Harmonics. But yeah, your right the DS is RPG heaven and it rocks! The only consoles that might have had more were the SNES, the GBA, or the PS2. ------------------- Help revive the Baten Kaitos Origins forum!

	I think RPG developers are looking at the rest of the current generation systems and haven't been able to find a good market to sell to. The Wii is for casual gamers, the 360 is for American teenagers who play FPS, and the PS3 did not sell well in the beginning. The DS was really the only system still capable of holding the audience of RPGs. Which is why there are so many, in my opinion. ------------------- Yep, it just rotated.

	Dude... Most of the RPG's on DS are mediocre at best. PH, FF3, FFXII RW. Now FFIV, THAT will be amazing. -------------------

	It's considered by most(as far as I know) to be an RPG, I've always considered it one. It has all the same elements, SM64 is an RPG, it's just not a traditional one like FF. -------------------
