Change Roll R to Roll SP.

And Chaos Unite with DarkSword and attack two times. Then take out DarkMetr and put DarkTornado then attack two times.(If you have DarkTornado.) That is how I beat him.

I beat him with 1 battle chip and that was the unite with shadow man and I just had that last the entire battle. With his air shoes ability Nebula's panel cracking atack is as good as usless and if you have your buster attack to maximum his long sword does 100 damage a hit.

But my custom map had buster pack, attack +1, and a bunch of hp upgrades I could put in.

Here's my strategy.

Step1: FLOATSHOES. Compress it (I don't know the code, I'm sorry, but you can find it anywhere) and install it into your navicust. Now you don't have to worry about cracked panels. Since none of Nebula Gray's attacks actually break panels, you're home free.

Step 2: Get your Charge to MAX using a ChargMAX NCP if you think you'll actually have to use your buster.

Step 3: BugStop. Get this NCP and compress and install it. It only takes up 2 spaces, so it shouldn't get in the way.

Step 4: Custom+2. Compress and install this into your Navicust. Since its blue like Float shoes, that is why you installed BugStop.

Step 5: If you are really worried, install UnderShirt in place of Custom 2 and put in Custom 1.

Step 6: SoulTime. I would encourage installing a Soultime NCP and using Number Soul.

Step 7: Speed +1. Install as many of these as you can fit into your customizer. Your customizer should look like the below if you followed my instruction:

In the actual battle, you aim for the little blue flame circling him, so multi-hit chips like Super Vulcan don't work well since Nebula Gray is non-flinching.

You've heard it said, but it's hard to do: you want a folder that flows and fits your battle style with little or no code clashing. I would encourage a folder with many good PAs if you want, since the Navi ones are timefreezing.

And guess what, there's a magical code that has three decent PAs that, when used correctly, are insanely powerful.

It's called S as in S-Rank. The 3 PA's are as follows:
WildBird: Katana1 S-Katana1 S-LarkManSP/DS S
LarkMan/Swallowman apppears and flies in LifeSword range (and 2 panels diagonal and behind you as appears below:

ShadeMan appears and does a huge, piercing, stunning wave of CrushNoise as appears below:

MegaMan uses a huge 400 damage sword.


In Battle Use:

Okay, first use the FastGage * chip you should have Preset. Then use one of the PA's. Ideal setup involves you getting Invisible * and triggering either Search or Number soul and either WildBird or LifeSwrd. Trigger Invisible and wait for the Custom Guage to fill. Enter and select the PA. Wait for the guage to fill. When it is full, activate the PA. Then immediately enter the Custom guage. Again, this is under nigh-impossible circumstances. Anyway, now you should choose BigNoise and FullCust *. Immediately use BigNoise if your other attack hit and then use FullCust and go into the custom screen. Now choose the PA you didn't use and select it. Activate it.

Do you see the power of S? 1600 damage inside of 10 seconds. For most other bosses you could throw in Super Vulcan S-Attack+30 *- Attack+10 * and finish him off, but since Nebula Gray is non flinching, that would be a waste of firepower. Instead, get creative. Find some S or * code chips that do a total of 400 damage and stuff them into your folder. Don't forget defense chips like Invisible and support chips like AreaGrab. Stuff in CrossDiv C if you're playing Colonel or powerful NaviChips if you're playing Blues. Suddenly you have a super virus deleting folder.

The basis for a folder you should use:
FastGage * (preset)--Note, FstGauge is more than 29mb memory, so I would look for some RegUps or use a guide to find them.

400+ dmg with other S/* coded chips.

If you follow all of my instructions, you'll beat NebulaGray no sweat.
