PC users everywhere!

just a spur of the moment here but just bare with me

I have been in and out of the Xbox 360 Oblivion Forum for the past few weeks and noticed they had a topic named "reasons to get console version over PC version"

so of course I decided to kick some rears and tell the PC versions side of the story when I came across the situation of "controller vs keyboard & mouse"...this of course is a conflict but over the last few years compatible controllers have been known to be released

in other words do I detect that the Xbox 360 is infact Microsoft's next generation PC and not console due to the fact that Xbox 360 has the same power if not more than a PC yet if the same controller can be used on both platforms which is best to buy? *rubs his chin* I think the conole lovers need to come up with more reasons to get the console version instead of the PC version...don't you?


p.s yes I am basking in the rays of gloatiness at this very moment

meh now I have the money to buy a Xbox 360 I am now swaying to buying it and waiting for Oblivion...however I have just found a game near enough the same as Call of Cthulu, Condemned for the Xbox 360, watched the trailer and it looks awesome so at the moment Xbox 360 with 2 games I want is swaying my decision over PC upgrade and 1 game I want

True, if they don't screw it up.

The more I learn of guns, the more pissed I get at every single FPS I ever play.

I'd prefer to get Oblivion for the PC - I like using mouse and keyboard, as well as the mod kit.

Of course, that depends if my PC can run the game...

Hehe... I like the Xbox, and I've already preordered a 360 a while back. Doubt I'll get it anytime soon though.

However, I'd still prefer to get Oblivion for the PC. I may have to upgrade the PC, depending on how much it'll cost.

to be honest controllers are meant for consoles and the mouse & keyboard are meant for PC, take Quake III for example...took me a matter of minutes to get used to the controls on PC...they turned it into a console game and I couldn't barely even shoot

for me I have the money to upgrade my PC or buy the Xbox 360, to upgrade it just means a better graphics card but what worries me is if I get the xbox 360...every game is £50 ($100) very expensive for games if you ask me

if the deal with xbox 360 was £280 for the console and £30 for every game then no doubt about it I would get the xbox 360...when Oblivion is released there is going to be £20 difference in the game versions...£20 more that could go into upgrading the PC or buying something else

That's because you are use to keyboards more than controllers.

I can play Halo on both platforms, infact when in a warthog I prefer to be on a PC since my mouse allows smooth movement and skids due to it being an optical mouse ( a ball used with fingertips, spun in the direction you want to skid)

then again like I said Quake III doesn't belong on console and the same can be said for Half Life 2 now it's hit Xbox

then again Halo was first made on Xbox so everyone got used to that type of control and Quake III was first made on PC and everyone got used to that type of control...personal preference and sometimes not explainable...just some games you can play on one console and the other games you can try and if you can't play them just take them back...simple as
