I noticed that he said that as well. Wonder what square-enix has up there sleeve's. The movie is amazing I had to look at it 2 times. Cloud Limit Breaks were amazing especially the Onminslash he did on Sephiroth at then end. I love this movie best ever not looking forward to hearing the English voice actors lol.

Didn't you see the prolouge at the begining....? or were you too busy looking at the jaw dropping visuals....

I have to say after seeing this movie at the venice film festival I couldn't believe I had just seen the full version.... The graphics where amazing, a few jaggie pixels at the start but nobody's perfect... The story was great and I can't wait for the english dubbed version, it'll be easier on the eyes rather than having to rush them around to look at the action and subtitles, if only I could understand japanise...

Kadaj and Sephiroth was a really good twist although I felt it could have been possible.... The last fight sequence was awesome and the whole team working together to help cloud brought a tear to my eye.... *sniff*

All in all this was a great movie and I thouroughly enjoyed it, shame if you've never played FFVII though cause you'd be like what,who,when,where kinda thing.

Yeah this movie was great, Pure and unadulterated Action and nostalgia. I'd say 8 out of 10 but only because it was so heavily reliant upon FF7's story, i mean viewed alone this one had basically no real plot just a few random jumps from location to location and battle to battle (not that i have a problem with that!) almost every thing about this movie rocked.

I was really blown away by Cloud Sword switching antics though! that was really crazy how he just kept combining them in different ways. Akso did any one catch the Limit breaks... I saw atleast two "bravers" the Climhazzard (on bahumat) and that truly sic hyper-omni slash move(danm near the greatest scene in any CG movie--Ever!) he did to take out Sephiroth! Every time he did one his blade would light up with this crazy ass purple-blue glow and he'd swing his blade as fancy-like.

What I'd like to see though is a Game based on this storyline, especially with the cloud sword aspect, i'm sure it could do phenomenal ('specially on the PS3, can any one say FF7 tech demo...) It could also flesh out that every elusive FF movie bug called story/plot... (60 hrs of story is hard to smash in to a movie format and in that resepect they should stick with games...)

Excellent film nonetheless; i'm abslolutely blown away, and I think i'm gonna go watch it again right now!

1 question i didnt seen it i am gonna wait till PAL release but are their any Vince Limits in :Chaos *drools*

While Cloud is on his way to the forbidden capital and he takes out his 2 swords from his Fenrir motorcycle, as soon as he lands on the ground and puts them together, he uses Blade Beam on Yazoo and Loz also. Tifa also uses beat rush and Dolphin Blow on Loz when they fight in the church, and I also think I saw Red XIII use Sled Fang on Bahamut. That's so far the only limit breaks I saw. But all in all great movie. Definetly 10/10

Yes, Tseng did die at the Temple of the Ancients in FF7. When Kadaj flashes the Shinra ID's to Rufus, they are of Elena and Reeve. The long hair one is Reeve, not Tseng.

The Sephiroth - Cloud battle should have been longer...

It seemed like Cloud was being completely owned until out of nowhere, he does Omni-Slash...

But it was one cool Omni-Slash... (Or whatever it was. A New Limit break in the remade FFVII should they remake it????)

It was obviously Tseng.
Vincent even mentions the two being tortured when he rescued them.

Also, there was no actual proof that Tseng died. NO Visual proof anyway.

Elena probably thought Tseng died.
SHe wasn't at the Ancient Temple after-all, so she wouldn't know the exact details of his demise.

But she did know Cloud was there, so her first reaction would be to find Cloud. Which she did, in that town (Forgot name) near Gaea's Clifts...

As for Rufus, we didn't SEE him die.

FOr all we know, he could have pulled what he did in AC.

Jump at the last second (Out of a window?) and then Tseng and Elena saved him with a net.
