There are different forms of spam such as being off topic in a thread or making trouble in the forum by posting the same thing constantly, making that intentionally to cause problems.

.:Advertising:.

Advertising sites on this or other Neoseeker forums is strictly forbidden. Some people understand this rule in a wrong way. It is not acceptable to advertise sites, however, you can post links to sites if they have anything to do with RPG Maker XP (such as sites which contain scripts or resources), if you are asked by a user who needs help.

.:Duplicate Threads:.

Please try not to post duplicate threads in this forum. This is only acceptable for help threads as different people can post different tips for your problem even if it's the same as something already asked.

.:Behaviour:.

Flaming - Please do not flame other people. Flaming has several meanings. You can either be in argument with someone or call him names. This can make the person feel bad and he might be hurt by your words. If you ever come across any post like that use the report feature or PM the forum moderator, currently Krade.

Nudity: As some of you know, children of all ages come to this forum. Therefore you aren't allowed to post nudity pics or links on these forums. Nor You can use avatars/signatures and such on neoseeker since this is against the Neoseeker Forumwide Rules.

Impresonating a staff member: never attempt to post claiming you are a staff member. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable and you can get in trouble.

Pointless Posts: Please don't make any posts that don't contribute to the topic, but only say something like "Sorry, but I don't know the answer either.".

.:Memberating:.

Requesting thread closure or telling people what to do or not do in the forum is considered memberating. Do not do this. If you see a thread that you believe should be closed, or a post that should be deleted just use the report or PM the forum moderator.

.:Other:.

Asking for or providing download links to illegal versions of RPG Maker XP is NOT allowed! Everyone caught doing so might lose their posting privileges for an indefinite period of time.

Everyone that uses any of the site's facilities should also be familiar with the Forumwide Rules of Conduct, Etiquette And Acceptable Behavior!

I want this thread to be an RFS along with the Rules, Ban List, and Index, mostly because we had too many sticky threads to keep seperated.

RFS stands for ReQuests, Feedback, and Suggestions. You can use the rest of this thread to request to hold certain events or make contests, give feedback on how we're moderating and how the forum is doing, and suggestions to improve this forum. Also post here to request closure for certain threads (only if you are the thread author. I'll probably also be making announcements here, since the General Discussion is to be deleted everytime it reaches 30 pages.

We could also Put a link to Download.com to download RMXP

I've been meaning to request a change for a while now since the English translation was officially released. Thanks for the reminder. Should be done in a few days. Redemption, should not be bothered with such small issues by the way.

I think the forum should have a change in CSS colours for the links It would just stir things up a little, and give us a change

Anyways...Some links need to be updated. Like the Class Upgrade script, Scene in Introduction...They link to dead pages. And the General Discussion link doesn't link to the most recent General Discussion...
And seventh blade..*sniff*..unfortunately...Aint mod anymore (says hes still mod)

BTW you guys can delete/edit this post after everything's updated again.

The only one who can change the CSS are the Admins but the Mods do have control over the HTML.
Just to let you know.
So we can't have Dynamic effects and such but we can change things.

Also you don't need CSS to change link colors you use things like <Body Hlink=??? Vlink=???ect.>

Believe it or not, moderators can add dynamic effects, but they are limited. If admins had to do all that, they'd never get any work done.

Krade's probably going to not be able to do this stuff for awhile, because he still has schoolwork to do.

I beleave I was treated unfairly by a moderator, I will not mention any names, however he baned me from the site A whole day!! becuase he said I was spamming, and I wasent trying to, ok I admit the post"krade and seventh blade rule" was a little of topic, but I was just trying to show my love for you guys!!

Actually, I think one of the reasons he could have known was that you said it was him in the thread you made as a guest while you were banned. (Also, it's actually against the rules to bypass a ban like that, FYI)

Also, I saw nothing wrong with that ban. You were spamming. Heavily spamming. BTW, Creating multiple threads for the sole purpose of saying that you love this site is spamming. Also, that thread asking how to get an avatar was off topic for this forum, and therefor was spam.
