that is pretty good so far, the tribute monsters are good and you just need to replace some of the low level ones, i dont think you have kaiser sea horse but that would be good to have, and just replace gray ing, and winged dragon as you go along cuz they just arent very pwerful, a pretty good one from rise of destiny is mirage dragon, and some other ones are rare metal dragon, armed dragon lvl 3,5, and 7 and you can find some other ones. Also try to get some better traps if you can, and the magics are pretty good. Its a good basic dragon deck so far, but it can improve a lot. Good luck with it!

OK, but wouldn't it be an even better combo if you have strong dragons

I can understand things like money issues and etc. and so forth, you might want to look out for some 1800 and 1900 ATK dragons and 2000 Defense and replace them with your non-dragons/weaker dragons dragons also take out D tribe since most of your monsters are dragons in the first place

also keep luster dragon #2 since its a walking powerhouse especially for a 5/6 star monster

personally, i think if you have kaiser sea horse, and la jinn (if he is light) and luster dragon, seiyaryu, luster dragon, and blue eyes white dragons, then it would be a good idea to get a luminous spark instead of mountain, because it effects your monsters more
