(Possible Spoilers)

Hi there. I truly believe I found this out, and Ive never seen anyone else post it around the web, except from me, ive posted it on some sites. How to get your Henchmen to The Islands:
(Ive only tried it with the Driver, on PS2)

As Tony, go to North of Downtown and call for a boat (I used the "Picklefork") Then (staying to the West side) Head North, and if you stayed to the West you'll eventually come across a little wooden raft that is just of from Land. Once youve past this (Barely past it) Hold L2 and choose Driver in the Buisness menu. The screen will go black and you can briefly see "Leaving Miami..." I Then chose South of The Islands, and appeared there, with no texture (Just a black figure) and no ocean floor, and he walked on the water very briefly. I then called the Powerboat and it came over, and for about 5 seconds I couldnt get in. I got on, went to land and shot some people!

To make some cash:

Go to where the Dock Boss is. Then start up a Driver Mission, the game dosent know where to spawn the car, so where does it go? Under your feet. Then drive it over to the Dock where the mechanic is. He will ONLY spawn at this dock. Put the car there, grab the cash and go!

Hope this helps some people to make cash and have fun exploring! Ive even managed to spawn a car in a wall at Nachos Tanker, which let me go through, nothing changes from the mission though.
