I like scarface better

This is actually tough because I'm a big GTA fan and SA is my 3rd favorite game of all time but I have to go with Scarface. This game is just phenomenal. Worth every penny. Kudos to whoever made the game.

I agree!I bought this game for 50 Dollars and it is worth every penny.And also to me this game beats GTA by a long shot.

I actually love both games but i av 2 say that scarface is better cuz tha film is also ma fav!

GTA:

1.the usual

Scarface:

1.big cash
2.addictive drug deals
3.occaisionally good driving
4.excellent gun action
5.some pretty bad ass missions
6.lots of game play value
7.takes nearly forever to beat
8.makes GTA look like a child's toy box
9.some annoying things here and there

San Andreas:

1.decent story
2.fun driving
3.decent gun action
4.freedom to cause chaos
5.dogfights
6.a few bad ass story missions
7.huge map
8.lots to do
9.but half of it is tedious

I think it's safe to say Scarface is better than GTA in a lot of cases. But San Andreas is still on top for me.

GTA has tried for years to be like scarface now scarface has arrived in fully licensed console form is it any better than GTA??

I would give Scarface a 7/10. This game is pretty good, very good. And it surely makes Vice City look like child's play. But it does have some technical flaws and issues that other games such as GTA wouldn't touch. San Andreas is still on top for me, San Andreas is much more enjoyable as a game, IMO. And for the fact that San Andreas is what? About 3 years old? And I still play the crap out of it. It almost feels like I bought San Andreas not long after I bought Scarface! And that was about a week ago.

I give Scarface 9.5/10. Awesome game and it makes the GTA series look like shit. I'm still a big GTA fan.

I never thought I would say it, but this game is better than any GTA game! I would go as far as saying that GTA almost sucks compared to this game. It's that good.

I would say GTA is better, cause after you beat Scarface sure you can buy all the stuff but your pretty much done... I wanna hear you all say Scarface beats GTA when the next GTA comes out

San Andreas beats Scarface overall, in my opinion. But that's no discredit to Scarface, as SA takes some beating in my book.

I'm just very happy that finally there's a sandbox game to entertain me till the release of GTA 4! All credit to the developers, Sierra, for providing some competition for good ol' Rockstar. There are plenty of elements in Scarface that improve on the GTA formula - but I what I respect the most is the fact that Sierra haven;t been afriad to copy the good bits from GTA, like the principal controls, the map system, the attention to small details, etc.

Good on 'em for being a serious contender! Easily 8.5/10 ... the critics (especially Gamespot) will be privately admitting they got this one wrong, I'm sure of that.
