To get this weapon do you have to beat megaman juno on hard mode because thats almost impossible if you don`t have the shinning lazer!!!!

The "secreat buster weapon" you must be talking about is the buster max, right? To obtain this, you must:
-Defeat Hard Mode in under 8 hours
Second off. It's not impossible. I did it. Take neccesary precautons (Stock up on canteen slots, max life bar, armor, etc) and I find beefing up your Powered Buster to be the ideal weapon to take Juno on with.

Is there any big difference storyline wise between Legends (1) and Mega Man 64? New levels? Items? Bosses?

I've only heard stuff, but I think a certain... naughty... scene in MML for PSX was cut out for the N64.

But it was cut off anyway...right? u can only see megaman.....and roll yelling....

If you people are talking about when Megaman walks in on Roll dressing, it wasn't cutout out in MM64, it's just like you said, it shows Megaman and Roll is yelling. And yes it is possible to beat hard mode in under eight hours, I found it easy.

The Shining Laser is the last special weapon you find in the game. It is mad crazy powerful, and you will become unstoppable when it's fully upgraded.

The downside? The costs to upgrade it are RIDICULOUS, even by Easy mode standards.

Yes indeed, but I found that the old megaman stragedy of learning the pattern of attack and shooting the hell out of your opponet is more satisfying. here's a challenge. Fight Megaman Juno with Max stats and all, but with Vaccum Arm. Or no side weapons at all, Very hard, but satisfying.

I once wanted to try fighting him with the Drill Arm. That thing is actually really strong, but only useful in extremely close range, the thrill of the battle!
