What's an RNG?

I have recently come across a cheat for infinate swiftsole from the cheat board for this game in step three it said exactly "Use RNG trick to waste 13 RNs" What are these RNG and RN's he's talking about? TO make sure all is clarified I included the EXACT wording and credit at the top and bottom so i'm not plagerizing. I did not write it i used copy-paste and admit it so I DO NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS CHEAT!!!

I tried for a few hours without getting them even once, so after some extensive testing, I came up with a way to get them every time.
1. Hard reset
2. Enter Ruins
3. Use RNG trick to waste 13 RNs
4. Retreat and re-enter
5. Retreat and re-enter
6. Retreat and re-enter
7. There should be a wight near the upper-right hand corner that drops a swiftsoles; kill him
8. Retreat and save
9. Rinse and repeat

RNG is a very complex system involving the random generation of a "roll" of number. Basically every time you move your cursor a RNG happens. It's really hard to explain how to "waste rounds of RNG" so it's best if you just follow the guide.

Follow it step by step such as "move your cursor three spaces to the right" or whatever and it should work. Each round of RNG is all the steps involved.

The only thing i get is the higher and lower stat growth but other than that I dont get the guide,all it does is explain rng not tell my how to wast 13 or is it 14.....

This isnt fire emblem this is fess and the controll enemey glitch has side effects

I got good records but still will it effect another file?If not all ill do is copy+past witch now=extream fun!
