I simply bought a crapload of Killing Edge's and gave them both 4-5. Problem solved, they both do critical hits ALL the time.

And Colm without something boosting his criticals can't pull out a OHKO even if his life depended on it. Joshua's critical as a swordmaster is far superior.

joshua needs to be a swordmaster. i made him an assassin and man was that a mistake...

I dont like colm as a rogue. im not a fan of rogues.

everyone likes Assasins because they can do OHKOs. BUT, when the time comes and you are in need, do not think they will pull it off. Sima bu, don't be calling us idiots. One, that's mean >_<, and two, you are WRONG. Colm actually has pretty bad growth rate for skill, only a C, while Joshua gets an A(I looked at my friend's Nintendo Power guide) and the growth rate for the rest of his skills aren't that great, either. I would much rather make Joshua into a swordmaster(personally), and I dunno what to class-up Marisa into (I'm thinking Assassin, even if it's only to give support for her nickname- Crimson Flash)

Also, in my opinion, Swordmasters have better stats maxed out, even if they can't have 30 skill(they get 29 as a max)

Colm is like Matthew though. He has lower skill but higher strength then Rennac on average I believe. Rennac needs his defense because he gets hit more often then Rennac. This is probably another case just like Matthe, Legualt or Jaffar.

colm is best as a rogue imo. that way you dont have to tote around that waste of a unit rennac anywhere... what did you turn marisa into mastix?

I turned marisa into an assassin. next time I am trying swordmaster though.

Jesus, guys I was kidding, but I'll make it more clear next time.

Anyway, i think you're wrong. Colm executed OHKO's all the time for me. I used him as an assassin and paired him up Joshua as a swordmaster and sent em off together anyway. As long as an expert assassin and a talented swordmaster are together, doesn't matter which one's which.
