anyone know where i can find a IPS for English translation for the game...

I doubt it this show ain't coming to the us or the aus or europe because it is far too big and some anime never show in these western countries such as Trigun or One piece these are usually left in japan or asian countries this is due to japanese customs of sending crappy anime for overseas veiwers and keeping the best for themselves. It's true because i've been to japan and i can speak japanese. I've seen more anime's in my life than most asian child sees their entire life i own about 700 Gba games and played plus cheated through many of them before ive finished about 7 Naruto games all up including other consoles
