	Log in to remove this advertisement look,i was in the sky pillar looking for altarias,and i went to the top floor and i went to the place were rayquaza was,a tried to use the item finder there but i didnt found nothing,i kept searching,and after a while i found this item called a ``wish tag´´waht the hell does this thing do? it looks like a symbol with some star or somthing,it doesnt do nothing in battle,so what is it?is it rare? i think im going to toss it or sell it.

	IF it has something to do with jirachi, then he would have the japanese version, otherwise that item was just forgot there when they made it for the US.

	i just caughted the item in the cumputer rom of emerald,and its japenese,but you said it was somthing to do with jirachi?if its true,then how can i catch jirachi?
