Hacked/Cloned/Abused.... > Confused

Ive just started playing pokemon... i wont tell you how old i am... but ive been playing my black version for 4-5 days now never having played any pokemon game before.

Now ive seen all this hacked, abused and whatever whatever pokemons..... does anyone actually play the game with fresh pokes and level them manually?

Ive been hanging about the trade forums and ive already received a number of tells offering hacked pokemon...

Now im not judging, i dont care what people do really... but im curious how/why it seems abused pokemon are accepted/tolerated.

Ive started playing around with breeding, and then i learned i could just hack/abuse a shiney... in my experience the hacked/abused pokes aren't very fufilling to gameplay.. imho that doesnt seem very much fun..

thoughts and opinions from this community?

Nope. I never hack. Not at all. It basically spoils the fun by making a Pokemon have IVs that you originally had to work for, which is the whole fun of the games. Even hackers get bored quickly.

It just takes far too long for a lot of people to do flawless pokemon by the time you figure out your team, and then you generally need more then one team to suit different situations. If it's just in-game then it doesn't really matter what your stats are, but in competitive play it can mean the difference between winning and losing. In order to be fair people only hack pokemon others can legitimately get, and as a lot of people do it, it in some ways levels the playing field, but it also doesn't for those that are unable to hack

remember im new here.. only about a week, and black is the first pokemon game ive ever played. So 2-3 people in that time feels like alot. always with the offer to help if i want.
