No, it's a new movie and it's quite likely that this will be the one that has the Keldeo event. I find that it's only proof for Grey down the line. In both the Ruby/Sapphire and Diamond/Pearl game pairs, we had the boxart legendaries, then a whole bunch of mismatch legends that had little to no plot importance or explanation, including a mysterious third Pokemon that bears strong resemblance in both design, type, and stats as the boxart foil duos for each. Then, we get a third game that includes elements of both games in each duo and then some focusing solely around this mysterious contender, while also adding more weight and backstory to the other legends. Kyurem is obviously this 'third contender' of its respective generation, and if it's said to be getting a 'new power' that isn't present in the original pair of Black and White, it's only certain that Grey is on the way.
