The first thing I notice with this sprite is that it clearly has Kyurem's head. When you want to make a new Pokmon, which I think you were doing, you should try to disguise any other sprites you used as much as possible. Onto more technical issues, the snow at the bottom, around the head and its hands need black outline, and the snow at the bottom's shading should be fixed. The head isn't fused on very cleanly, and you've left a red outline around its right hand.

Thats really good I've never been able to make trainer sprites, but I might try. Just that thing on the ankle area looks a little strange

It's the foot behind it

I think the hair looks a bit odd near the ear x3
