The fusing is fine, although the transition of textures between the liquid body and the ... bush is a little odd, and there are some light areas that shouldn't be there, namely on the neck and the square bit in the bottom-right corner. I also think you could have removed the bubbles on its body. I really do feel like more should be done to it, but I guess there's not really much more you could have done. quote loulybob [B-] The main problem with this is that it's very pillow-shaded. Try to make it in the same style as official sprites to make it look better. I do like how you've made it a cosplay, especially the wings, but the shading and something about the outline make it a different style to Pokémon sprites, and it just doesn't work. Also, the fire on the tail doesn't work. If it is supposed to be actual fire, using the fire from Charizard (or Charmander, actually, considering the size) would have worked better. If it is only a pattern, it should have an outline and shading, and it could blend into the orange better. quote AxeLea [B] I do like the idea of this, especially its unique typing. Unfortunately the sprite is a bit simple, and may be too small. The yellow areas need some black outline, and the lack of shading around the neck makes it look a bit flat. You should make the areas of orange and grey either just orange or just grey, not grey with an orange highlight. You've removed the shading from the top of its back, making it look flat, and you've also removed half of the brown patch, which looks messy. The shade in the parts of Torkoal you've fused to its legs is coming from the wrong directions in the places you've fused them. Typhlosion's fire is unnecessary, and where you've fused it you've cut off some of the tree. The best fusions are made by balancing out the Pokémon used as much as possible, rather than just fusing bits of one sprite onto another as a base. On the parts you have fused, you've recoloured the main colours, but not the outline. I love the design, and the mood created by the facial espression, which just screams fire-type. My one, tiny, insignificant complaint is that I don't like the red patch on its shoulder. Well done.
