	Log in to remove this sponsored message VOTING HAS BEGUN GENERAL POKÉMON HEADER AND FOOTER CONTEST Me and Disillusioned were thinking of doing this in the RFS thread (which evidently none of you see. >__>) It would be nice to have a header and footer, but the old ones are still going to be entered, so we don't downgrade! Remember, because this is GENERAL Pokémon, it would be nice to get a diverse range of Pokémon. But try not to go for less obvious ones like Durant. Please ADD THE ACCENT ON THE E OF POKÉMON. To do that, hold down alt gr and then hit e. If not, take it from this post. éÉ Restrictions Must not exceed 700x230. Must not exceed 120KB. Footers must not exceed 400x230. See page 5 for voting! 	Aether, I understand this exceeds your restricted file size of 120KB, but since it's transparent I'm tied to .GIF or .PNG - and you don't even want to see what the .GIF looks like. Terrible; anyway I'm not sure what the limits of a banner are, or if you were just trying to keep the file size small, but this is what I got at a whopping 233KB. Like I said, I'm unaware of the sitewide restrictions, so let me know I'll see if I can downsize it later if you'd like. For now this seems to be my entry for a Poke-banner. And I'm used to the '90s Pokemon, so that's why there's a lot of them up there instead of the new ones that I have no clue about :3 Might work on a footer later. -------------------

	Min, if it makes it easier, it doesn't need to be transparent. Because it's going on a white background, you can just make the background white, then put it into jpeg and reduce it. -------------------
