I do like that the new water starter Ash is rumored to get shows promise for becoming water/fighting type. There is also a clip of Pokabu battling in the gym though-- do you think he gets water and fire starters this time? I do not think he will be the one with Tsutaaja.

As for the Mijumaru's evo not being a true leak-- good point! But I have read other speculations on the subject. I will keep my hopes up for it. I also like that in the preview Mijumaru took its shell off and used it for a shield. You never know-- he may be the Capt. America of the pokemon world-- ha ha ha!

Anyways- I hope Ash does end up with both Pokabu and Mijumaru!

It was said that Dento can see compatibility between trainer and pokemon. Do you think that is why he follows Ash?

Do you think Iris is going to be a coordinator? I hope there are still contests.

I think Ash will get Mijumaru as a present and find a Pokabu and Mamepato. Those fit in his roster for types. he also needs a grass type-- I wonder if he will get the broccoli!

maybe they can dupe another individual into thinking that he or she could be an important part of TR, too. Another character would be interesting. Maybe the character could learn to like battling and become a rival to Ash.

Well it looks like the three starters for Isshu will be in Ash's crew, but not sure if all are gonna be his. I do like his new look and I am glad Dento has Yanappu. I am super stoked-- and what a battle for sceptile to beat Darkrai.

I was referring to new gym leaders for the Isshu region. I actually agree about stopping the anime if Ash isn't in it. I think it would be too much of a franchise shock.

The preview already showed Pikachu battling a Mamepato and Ash catching it, so that will be his normal flying type. I think Ash gets the Mijumaru, too.

I cannot remember-- do all of the first gyms Ash battles have at least two pokemon? I thought I remembered a few only having one. I wonder if Dento will have more than the chimp and if the gym leaders are not sticking to certain types! That would be interesting, but out of character!

Come to think of it-- did Croagunk even appear in the last few episodes? I think they are trying to get us ready for him not to be in it.

I think Kibago evolves into Axeface pokemon, so I hope it doesn't evolve.

I will agree that Piplup should have evolved. His character was funny, but got old quick.

I don't think Dento is married. I think he is going to be obsessed with a lot of people male or female by the way he is in Ash's face almost wanting an interview in the previews. He can read pokemon to trainer compatibility, so maybe he will just want to interview people with strong compatibility with their pokemon.

They might. Kibago rides in it already! Maybe it will be funny if Kibago does evolve and still trys to ride in her hair.

New topic-- I wasn't sure about Iris being in the game or not, but the commercials on Pokebeach, showed her in it with a PLasma team member. I do not even have a clue why. Any speculations?

So far the previews do not show him flying to the new region or anything like Pikachu being captured in order for Ash to find him. Has anyone heard or seen anything as to that? It almost looks like they want him to look really young and just starting out.

I would also like to see him have another dragon, but Iris already has a little dragon guy, so probably not. I would love to see Ash get another ice type or even go fo a dark or ghost type.

I think Iris is going to end up with flying squirrel and Shikijiki.

I think Ash with get the bug.

I hope dento gets more pokemon and maybe he will end up with an egg.

obviously fanart! they are not going to change james or Jessie's signature hair styles. I think they will have new twists or gadgets. Like I said before-- I hope they bring another character to the TR trio so there are actually three pokemon trainers-- they might to help the three on three idea. Ash's crew always has three.

I cannot wait to see new pokemon catches and get to know the new hero crew. I am not sure if I am going to like the team plasma idea or N, but we will see. I have a feeling I am really gonna like the new start and journey as long as they don't ficus on the musical.

I liked the old brock a lot and will miss his character, but we have new characters to learn and either like, hate, or somewhere in between. I cannot wait!

So far-- the new pokemon being released are so different-- I cannot seem to predict what pokemon thecrew will get.I did pretty well with DP-- maybe that's because they made a lot of them so predictable.

By the looks of the blue monkey's evo-- the hair changes, so maybe Dento's brocolli will evolve with an afro.

I see Meowth falling for the purple cat.

Anyways-- cannot wait until next week.

So the start of the series has been aired and I must say that it shows great promises. I am siked about how Ash's mamepato already knows a few good attacks, how Mijumaru will join Ash's team, that Team Rocket already has the bat, and Iris's character.

I think Jessie's bat will evolve either this season or when Ash goes to battle the elite four-- I think this is the series he will go for it!

The way they portray how deer, chipmunks and geese are everywhere here in the U.S. are cool as well.

I just wish I could understand Japanese to see what Oak and Ash's mom are going to be doing in Isshu, whether Ash's mom is moving there or what.

I hope Ash's Mamepato is a male, so it has a cooler final evo. I am glad that there are big differences because of gender.

Mijumaru is going to be Ash's next pokemon. I think they will probably hold off on catching new ones for a few more episodes. That will give him three for the first gym battle, which is normally how it is.

Do you think Ash is a vampire and he is forever 10 years old? --- ha ha ha!

Anyways, I don't know if Iris will be the one with Pokabu since she is a dragon type gym leader... isn't she? I don't think Ash will get too many pokemon this early though. Guess we will have to wait and see.

Ash is not as compulsive and thinks before he leaps, now. I think they want a better role model. I think Dento will be the kooky one of the three.

I wonder if Iris will catch another dragon type. This is the most we have seen in a pokedex update for dragons. what do you think?

I too think Shooti's Smugleaf will evolve first.

I hope someone gets a ghost type and a dark type. I don't think either Ash's crew nor team rocket has had that yet. Hauntar doesn't count, because it never went into a pokeball to be caught.

it almost looks as if he is going to get Tstarja soon! I hope he gets more than six this time and switches out like you are able to in the game. I also want to know about contests-- if Iris is just going to train her dragon types or do something more, and if Dento will be doing something extra as well.

I bet James ends up with a Marakacchi-- it just fits his taste

It looks like Ash battles all three gym leaders in the first gym. Do you think he gets the badge from winning? It looks like Miju loses.

Kibago better show some attacks, tomorrow! I am tired of Iris and her pokemon just being extra characters.

I also hope to see Mamepato do some good battling. We need to see Ash's experience come forth.

What do you think will happen to the way the badge looks when Dento leaves the gym to travel with Ash?

after watching it, i hope to see Kibago actually battle so it can evolve like in its dream.

Also, from the ending, it kind of confirms Ash catching the Tsutarja in the next episode. What about Iris??????????

So Bulbagarden has a link that has sketches from episode BW 20. It looks like Ash has the Meguroko and Iris has a Zuruggu.

I think it will be a great concept since the dark/fighting one will be able to learn some dragon attacks and it looks reptilian.

I really wish Ash would have ended up with the ghost/ground pokemon though.

Because of how the crocodile pokemon looks babyish in the sketches released for episode 20, I am guessing that it will be the pokemon to hatch from the egg.

James better catch a flip'n pokemon soon. Also-- WHAT IS TEAM ROCKET UP TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So the new episode was pretty interesting. I like that Kibago finally tried to battle, and that it showed Iris has another pokemon even though it is stubborn like charizard and charmeleon were for Ash. It also showed a very cool backstory for how Iris got Kibago-- very neat.

That bug thing is a cool pokemon, and I wonder since it blasted off if it is a forshadow for becoming a pokemon of Team Rocket's.

The next episode looks promising for the rival battle. I am glad to see someone got a ghost type-- even though it is the little ***** Shooti. It also looks like he has an evolved mamepato as well.

The following episode is not to air until December-- I believe__ and is supposed to have Ash getting an egg.

Alright-- who thinks one of them will get the Hermid crab pokemon?

I think it is an interesting connection-- since ASh got a pokemon egg, they are celebrating it by having an event where those in Japan who have the new games can get an egg that will be one of three pokemon.

I hope to see some training this episode. It is kinda needed and interesting to see that development.

I must say that this season is a little emotional. Pokabu was abandoned and starved and the poor yabukuron was left at a dumpster by a kindergarten teacher. I like that things turn out good, so it is a happy ending, but still-- what are they portraying americans as since it is based on this region. There was even a bullying episode with the hermid crab pokemon.

So Yooteri is flipping adorible and tough. I liked how they are going to have Ash train his pokemon in the next episode.

Also, I am getting tired of the intermission Team Rocket clips. Their new pokemon has not made an important impact on the team, yet. What is with that?

I hope that Iris starts to be a bigger part besides being the biggest fan of cute pokemon. I can see how this season is going faster, because there is no coordinator.

Egg hatching soon...

So Ash's egg does hatch into the dark fighting lizard-- and it is a brat-- LOL.

This will be an interesting twist. Maybe later the Sandile will become Ash's and the hatchling will become Iris's. We shall see.

You know what was sad and neat this episode was that the way Tepig used ember on the shadow balls looked like a good contest combination. i miss contests.

The Nurse Joys and Officer Jennys are still in there, just americanized.

Brock and Dawn are in an episode in two weeks. Brock either needed a new edge or to leave, so they let him leave.
