It looks like a side view of a Solrock with more spikes and a blue beam out of it's back. The light source is also looking like its the middle.

xD Looks sad. Anyway, it doesn't have a neck, and the belly has different shading than the rest of the body. BTW, I think the minus and plus on the preevos is to do with electricity, not maths. xP

Looks like you forgot about Mime.Jr. D: This is more of an alternate forme rather than an evolution. The pink is a bit too saturated, and the hair doesn't look connected to the head right.

A very good preevo, but you could've made the sprite a bit bigger, because the sprite size doesn't show the size of the actual pokemon. ^^

A nice sprite, but the outline is jagged, and it's not much of a change from Castform. BTW, it's alright to use the circle tool, just edit the circles so they're not jagged.
