The problem happens when I play arcade and versus either with Athena or Red Arremer vs Athena/Red Arremer, the game crashes...

I returned the game back to the shop, and tried another copy on their PS2, but the game still crashes on this point.
Later on, the shopkeeper told me that the company representants told him that this problem affected the elder/est PS2 out there, that it was a code error....

Did it happened to anyone here? And if so, how did you fixed the problem?

On a note, I own a Pal version of the game.

Yeah I have that same error.
Though I'm sure it affects the newer PS2's as well

But the worst thing thing is how incomplete the game feels.
Broken characters, an underpowered Capcom side, a weird fighting system, lame graphics (geez the backgroumds are sooooo uninspiring).
