Damn son, you came real close and after my first read of both raps I had you as the winner mainly because you kept the hits coming non-stop. What did it for me was the corniness of a few jokes that really elevated Fyre past you. The prison line was absolutely awful, and that Doc hit is so old that i was disappointed to see it come from you. "Shit" and "chocolate" didn't flow very well-- I thought it was a bit too much of a stretch, but it was a good attempt. I love how you kept those stabs coming though. If it weren't for that finisher (which BTW is one of the best that I've read in a while), I wouldn't know what to give you for the Quotable because there were several second place choices. Definitely a hell of an effort, but Fyre's rhythm, flow, and lack of corniness barely gave him the victory.

A solid stanza where you kept it coming. I liked this, made you seem a lot stronger and like the better emcee right off the bat. Was good, but didn't give me the "oh shit" reaction that PL's did.

I tell you what, your last two spits in thiis tournament have been very shaky when it comes to lyrical stabs. In your previous three raps before this tournament you just annihilated your opponent with stabs and hits that just left him sitting on the floor stunned. In these last two raps, I haven't seen those kind've hits. The flow has been excellent, and that's what gave you the win here, but with some opportunities to hit PL with some personals, you gave almost none. I honestly think that there are two members that look stronger heading into the semis, so I really hope you get that ability back to just stab the hell out of your opponent. Solid, solid rhythm, I read it out loud and I felt like I could have made a perfect beat to it, but i wanna see those major hits come back!

Kudos to the judges. I liked the prisoner parole line, haha. Come on, it's funny, they're prisoners and even they didn't want him there.Plus I didn't know what else rhymed with roll.
