I Know you posted this a long time ago but read this.
Here is What you wanted seems no one is listening to you i will help.
Go to here:
C:\Program Files\John Deere American Farmer\Data\Games
that is if you installed in the default directory. Otherwise in the directory where you installed it.
C:\Your chosen directory\John Deere American Farmer\Data\Games

Once this folder is open you should see some XML documents with the names of the saves you have done. Open the appropriate file for your save with notepad or right click and edit.

Now at the very top there are lines looks like this:
<World>
<money>9.995628</money>
<loan>0</loan>
<difficulty>Easy</difficulty>
<leisuresatisfaction>0</leisuresatisfaction>

For more money change <money>9.995628</money> to <money>999999999</money> you now have 1 billion dollars.
save and load your game save the one with the same name you altered.
if you have taken out a loan. change the value between loan to 0.
this will wipe your loan.

Satisfaction:
Now same file do a find search for the word satisfaction
You should come to lines like this:
<satisfaction>36</satisfaction>
<eventsatisfaction>1</eventsatisfaction>
<type>1</type> <cumulativeworksatisfaction>-25.78126</cumulativeworksatisfaction>

Change the so they look like this: your values might be different to mine.But still change them.

<satisfaction>99</satisfaction>
<eventsatisfaction>1</eventsatisfaction>
<type>1</type> <cumulativeworksatisfaction>10</cumulativeworksatisfaction>

Keep doing a Find word search and change all values that appear like above there will be one for all family members workers don't have a satisfaction bar.

Now you will have to do this for every new level just save your game at start of level and repeat the process from top to bottom.
