Busted out a new Seeker Record in the Womens 400m today.

Didn't beat any of the 'Seeker records but I got 47.48 for the Women's 400m!! Damn you Nuggy!

Oh and I got 6.25 on the pole-vault

Yeah the pole vault is pretty easy for the button bashers out there. There'll be no bitch slapping around here Ton.

Good to see someone else posting their efforts up, I'll up date the main list sometime today and then we can move on to the swimming. If you haven't got your field events in yet, do so!

Yeah I find Pole Vault really hard. I think my best is 5.90m

Have I got any Neoseeker Records Nuggy, I got 18.49m in Triple Jump which is just 1cm off the max you can get?!
