how do you have a baby

You can't. You can only have a baby in The Sims 2.

you can on sims deluxe. it says it in the book

Basically by maxing your Sim's affections for each other go to the max. ^-^

If that doesn't work you can make them go to bed together in the love bed. :L

In sims Deluxe, you can either make them kiss a few times or just play in bed... it may take a while though

first make ur sims talk for 6 sim hours(put the fast forward mode)when the can kiss make them kiss hug rub their back then one sim will ask should we have a baby it is your choise to say yes or no.when you click yes give the baby a name and tada a baby is born:)

Actully you can have a baby on the normal sims not just deluxe adition.

i have made them kiss hug and then back rub and they didn't say do you want a baby how else can i get a baby
