  Which are you going to get? I know the GameCube version is out already; has been for a long time. But if you've already got that, is it going to put you off buying the Sonic Mega Collection Plus? I've played the GameCube version, it's fantastic. I don't know if people will want to own both, as they're practically the same. But will you own the GameCube version and the Playstation 2 version? Of course the controls are going to be quite different, maybe the graphics will be a bit touched up on the Playstation 2, better than the GameCube's. But it really comes down to "Do I want the same game on each console?" Because when you think about it, it is the same game. I was going to buy the GameCube version, but I heard about the Playstation 2 game coming out. Did that persuade you to wait for this one as well? I just think the Playstation 2 is a better console, so I wanted to wait for the Sonic Mega Collection Plus to become available. I like the GameCube, but in the end the Playstation 2 is the better console for me, and I chose that over the GameCube version. What about you? ------------------- Under account name Audacity.

I would probaly go ahead and get the PS2 game. Why? Well the game is the same thing as Sonic Mega Collection for the Gamecube but, this one will have a lot more features. ------------------- Click | |

I have the GC version. I'm not bothering to get PS2, even though there are a few more games. Waste of money. Better things to buy. -------------------

A movie is different depending on which 1 you get, on GC It's the ones for Sonic CD (I think) and on PS2 it's Sonic Heroes. ------------------- Whooooooooooooohoooooooooooo | |

quote DQ Maniacwell , for a start it has 6 game grear games on it , there not that great as 1, they are almost the same as the genesis versions and 2, they are seriously streeeeeetchd as obviously the game gear screen was tiny and if your playing the game on a normal tv (obviuosly you would have to) they look rather ugly if somone has both a gamecube and a ps2 and wanted to get either the gamecube one or ps2 one , i'd reccomend the ps2 one for the obvious reason that it has the extra stuff , but if somone already had the gamecube one , its not worth getting the ps2 one as well....... -------------------  [my guestbook] | |

I have a GC verision of this game. I can list several unlocked games that I have for Gamecube is Flicky, BlueSphere, Knuckles and Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and Ristar. -------------------

I would definitely go for the ps2 even if I did have the gamecube. The graphics are much better in the ps2. | |

Gamecube version = lack of save function + lack of Gamegear titles, yet the best emulation of them all. | |
