	The developers in my opinion could have done a CDS3 with capturing Saddam but the guys that have done America's 10 Most Wanted(P.S that game looks crap!)have been there first. It's weird how the jungle is now the new "ice level". 	capturing sadam is a bit sencytiv at the moment, didnt "Americas most wanted" start with sadam captured? personaly i rekon capturing sadam would be bad, bring back memorys for some people, plus CDS2 wasnt that good.
