To get to Glitch City you need to go to the airport level.

Step 1: Go to the level
Step 2: skate up the door that looks like a ramp, if u know what i mean
Step 3: break the top of the roof
Step 4: Skate up there again and go over the wall and you're outside!

Does anyone else know this glitch?

it would be good if you can tell the location of the door because i don't know where it is

It's by the bottom floor (not all the way down where the garages are with caution tape) but the place above that. You know the door where people board on the plane? In this level that door is kinda curved. Skate up the curved door (skate fast) and break the roof. Then skate up there again and go over the wall.

Is it in the thing where luggage goes?

it's NOT the thing that leads to the helicopter where the luggage goes. first go down the escalator, to where you see airplanes out the window. NOT the very bottom floor near the garages (if you go in one it'll put you back to the start). So skate up the curved door where people board on, break the roof, skate up again and go over the wall. Sorry, it's just kinda hard to explain.
