Dude just roll behind it and slice its legs til it gos to its nees then hit a so u jump on top of it then just keep hitting b and mak sur uv got a lot of health cause he throws ya off his shoulders

note it will punch between its legs wach for that

also if it helps slo down time

Hamstring him, then jump on his back by pressing A. Then when you are up their, activate slowmo and whack away merrily until he's dead.
if you havn't got slowmo, hit him about two or three times. Then when hes stops, he will try to grab you. Watch for which of his legs is out at the time, as he will try to catch you with the arm on the same side. Skip across to the opposite shoulder and he can't catch you.

or when he is about to grab you press a and over at the same time and keep doing it until he is dead
