Help in Justice Strauss's library PC version

I am in Strauss's library and i got to the balconey and i got over the wall of book that went down after you pulled a lever but now i am stuck and i can't seem to get anywere and i am in a place with 2 elevators and one of the rooms gets something to open up above the ceiling. can someone help me?
