 Topic: I cant get the pillows in Monty's house, Help!!!

I have the Gameboy Advanced game, Uncle Monty wants to make the snakes more comfortable and to do that I need the pillows from his bedroom loft. But to get there I need the laddar piece the snake wont let me have without a printing press but the printing room is locked, what do I do to get in, or is there another way to get the pillows? Please HELP!!! | |

It could have somthing to do with this ornamental snakes eye im supposed to find... but i cant find it either. | |

first u have to go to this room where u hav to go up a elevator go 2 the right and climb the ladders when u finish there u will see a printer break it and give it to the snake | |
